Before A1 system implemented

  • Three systems + labor: 1. Google Calendar + 2. SuperHelper (Approval, errands, requests, purchases, warehouse) + 3. A small ERP package software (export invoice, 4 users only)​

  • Company has over 30 people, but only 4 handle information, causing bottleneck, gaps, and misunderstandings.​

  • Data transfer between systems is manual (delay and error risk)​

  • Inventory check depends on warehouse manager​

After A1 system implemented​

  • Business intelligence (real-time monitoring of organizational changes)​

  • Track all cash, logistics, and information flows (sign-off form)​

Anchor Fasteners Vietnam​

Anchor's Vietnam factory used to produce and export construction fasteners. Anchor VN faced losses due to mainland China's low cost. To avoid competition, Anchor implemented A1 system since 2014 and switched to domestic sales of automotive and motorcycle fasteners, becoming the main supplier of HONDA and Yamaha in VN. Anchor is also now expanded to the Southeast Asian market.​

Experience sharing

Before A1 system implemented

The company needed to improve for the automotive factory's QDC demands. The existing ERP system from a Taiwanese IT company was inadequate because of :

  • Rigid modules and high customization costs.

  • Non-web-based nature, hard to integrate with the northern VN warehouse.

  • User limits and increased costs for more users.

  • Unfriendly interface without Chinese-Vietnamese language support.

Most ERP experts were Taiwanese, making VN training expensive. The company is now fully localized with VN staff, but this raised communication costs for training and usage.

After A1 system implemented​

We used A1 System fully supported by professional Vietnamese staff. A1 System is very flexible. It helped us upgrade and transform, as follows :

  • Project, data, and quality systems meet customer needs, building trust.

  • Manage materials, process cards, QR codes, real-time reports, and JIT production, improving delivery accuracy.

  • Payroll system automates insurance and salary with fingerprint time clocks.

  • Sales cost system reduces errors and makes financial reports automatically.

  • Web-based access without user limits.

  • Chinese-Vietnamese bilingual interface simplifies usage, enabling Vietnamese instructors to lower implementation costs.
